Our Mission
At Ray D Bunch Academy, we are committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Our mission is to foster learning, creativity, and social interaction for every child in our care, ensuring a joyful and formative experience. We strive to introduce children to age-appropriate literacy skills such as recognizing letters and sounds, building vocabulary, and developing early writing abilities. We also encourage exploration through engaging STEM activities that inspire curiosity, problem-solving, and hands-on discovery. Most importantly, we nurture each child’s spiritual growth, helping them develop a meaningful relationship with God as they grow in knowledge, character, and faith.

Meet the Director
Crystal Ray has a passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive. With more than 20 years of experience as a teacher and child care director, she has worked with children from infancy through elementary school, creating safe, loving, and engaging environments. Crystal holds degrees in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, giving her a deep understanding of both child development and family needs. She is committed to providing individualized care, joyful learning experiences, and a nurturing space where every child feels at home.
